Welcome to AZ National Traders. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, your inquiries, quotations, purchases, and any other interaction with our business.
By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Business Nature
AZ National Traders deals only in perishable goods. All products supplied by us are time-sensitive and may be subject to seasonal availability, stock fluctuation, quality variation, and delivery restrictions based on location, weather, transit conditions, and market availability.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to confirmation by AZ National Traders.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- stock is unavailable,
- delivery is not feasible,
- payment is not confirmed,
- shipping conditions are unsuitable for perishables,
- the order appears suspicious or incomplete.
An order is considered confirmed only after we issue confirmation through call, message, email, or invoice.
3. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a written quotation or confirmed invoice states otherwise.
Prices may vary based on:
- market rate,
- season,
- quantity,
- packaging,
- transportation,
- delivery location,
- and handling requirements.
Any taxes, charges, freight, or additional fees will be communicated separately unless already included in the invoice.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made through the approved payment methods shared by AZ National Traders.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- full payment or advance payment may be required before dispatch,
- orders may be held until payment is received,
- any bank charges, gateway fees, or transfer charges shall be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated time communicated at the time of order confirmation.
However, delivery timelines are only estimates and may be affected by:
- traffic,
- weather,
- transport delays,
- road conditions,
- strikes,
- government restrictions,
- warehouse delays,
- and force majeure events.
For perishable items, delivery after dispatch is the responsibility of the customer unless the delay is directly caused by AZ National Traders.
6. Inspection and Acceptance
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
Any complaint regarding:
- damage,
- shortage,
- wrong item,
- quality issue,
- or visible spoilage
must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photo or video proof.
If no complaint is raised within the stated time, the goods shall be deemed accepted.
7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Because we deal in perishable goods, returns may not be accepted once the goods have been dispatched, delivered, accepted, stored improperly, or handled by the customer.
Replacement or refund, if any, will be offered only at the discretion of AZ National Traders and only in cases where:
- the product was delivered in damaged condition,
- the wrong product was supplied,
- or the issue is clearly attributable to us or our approved delivery process.
No replacement or refund will be provided for:
- delayed reporting,
- customer mishandling,
- improper storage,
- natural spoilage after delivery,
- or issues arising from conditions outside our control.
8. Storage and Handling
Once goods are delivered, the customer is responsible for proper storage, refrigeration, handling, and usage.
AZ National Traders shall not be responsible for spoilage, deterioration, loss, or quality issues caused by:
- delayed unloading,
- improper refrigeration,
- poor storage,
- cross-contamination,
- overexposure to heat or moisture,
- or failure to follow handling instructions.
9. Quality Disclaimer
We take reasonable care to supply fresh and suitable perishable goods.
However, minor natural variations in color, size, shape, texture, weight, ripeness, or shelf life may occur and do not constitute defect, unless specifically promised in writing.
10. Cancellation
Once an order for perishable goods has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is allowed before dispatch, any refund or deduction will be subject to:
- processing expenses,
- packaging expenses,
- payment gateway charges,
- and administrative costs.
11. Force Majeure
AZ National Traders shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters,
- flood,
- fire,
- storm,
- epidemic,
- government action,
- transport disruption,
- labour issues,
- power failure,
- or other unforeseen events.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZ National Traders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or spoilage caused after delivery.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific invoice for the affected goods, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- provide accurate order and delivery details,
- ensure availability at the delivery location,
- receive goods promptly,
- inspect goods on receipt,
- store goods properly,
- and use them in compliance with applicable laws.
14. Personal Information
We may collect and process personal information such as name, phone number, email, address, GST number, and order details for business, delivery, compliance, and communication purposes. Any such processing will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements. India's digital privacy law governs the processing of digital personal data and requires lawful, purpose-bound handling.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and layout, belongs to AZ National Traders or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
16. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services such as payment gateways, logistics providers, email tools, or analytics tools. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, or performance of such third parties.
17. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.

- place fake orders,

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
